Travel bookings are often made by one person on behalf of family members, friends or other co-travellers.
If you provide personal information or documents belonging to another traveller, you confirm that you are authorised to provide such information for the relevant booking or travel purpose and, where required, have obtained their consent.

Such information should be provided by, or with the authorisation of, a parent or lawful guardian.
We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information independently for direct marketing purposes

Travel requires coordination with multiple service providers. We may therefore share information, only where reasonably necessary, with parties such as:
- Hotels and accommodation providers
- Airlines and transportation providers
- Destination Management Companies (DMCs), tour operators, guides and activity providers
- Visa consultants, embassies, consulates and visa-processing centres
- Travel insurance providers
- Banks, payment gateways and financial-service providers
- Technology, hosting, CRM and communication-service providers; and

For international travel, your information may necessarily be shared with service providers located outside India.
These third-party providers may have their own privacy practices and may process certain information independently in accordance with their policies and applicable laws.
KHOJ does not sell or rent your personal information to unrelated third parties for monetary consideration.
5. International Travel & Regulatory Requirements
International bookings may require additional information to comply with airline, immigration, visa, taxation, banking or foreign-remittance requirements.
This may include passport information, PAN, visa documentation and other information required under applicable regulations, including requirements relating to the Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS) or Tax Collected at Source (TCS), where applicable.
If required information is not provided, we may be unable to process or complete the relevant booking or service.
Because international travel involves overseas suppliers, your information may be transferred to hotels, airlines, DMCs, visa authorities and other service providers outside India where necessary to fulfil your travel arrangements.
We endeavour to limit such sharing to information reasonably required for the relevant service and in accordance with applicable law.
